In order to properly show off a beautifully planted flower box, the flower box holders must be installed correctly and safely. These are available in different versions. This can be, for example, balcony parapets, window reveals or walls.
The flower box holders are usually powder-coated flat irons in the color of the flower boxes, which can be adjusted very precisely through variable settings using clamping nuts. There are usually three flat irons per flower box holder. For a flower box you need at least two flower box holders; for very long flower boxes you need more holders.
At the beginning of assembling the flower box holders, take the largest flat iron, which is in the shape of a Z. The smaller, L-shaped flat iron is placed with its end under the largest flat iron. Now you take a screw that you pass through the respective recesses, put a washer on it and do not tighten a clamping nut completely. Now the flower box depth is adjusted and thanks to the infinitely adjustable box holder, individual exact adjustment is possible.
Once the exact flower box depth has been determined, the clamping nut is tightened. Then the second L-shaped flat iron is loosely screwed together again above the Z-shaped flat iron using a screw, a washer and a clamping nut.
After you have adjusted the bracket exactly to the railing or wall and aligned the bracket horizontally, you just have to tighten the clamping nut very tightly. You should put caps on the threads of the screws to minimize the risk of injury. Once this is done, you can hang up the flower box holder.
The assembly of the first flower box holder is now complete. Depending on the length of the flower box, you have to decide how many flower box holders should be installed, as they have to be able to withstand a high level of durability due to the weight of the fully planted box. If two flower box holders are installed, they are each locked in the outer third of the flower box on the railing.
